Here at Gravity Fitness we offer classes, workshops, and group sessions in Aerial Hoop and Pole Fitness that aim to improve overall body strength, flexibility, and improve coordination, flow and choreography skills.
We follow the Spin City Aerial Fitness syllabus and class structures, which have proven over time, to be an amazing structure to see progress in our students.
