We offer weekly classes to all levels of student from Beginners to Intermediate, and Advanced.

What to Wear:

Your normal gym attire will be fine for your first couple of classes. So leggings, tracksuit bottoms, T-shirts, vest tops, jumpers/hoodie, socks/bare feet.

As you progress, we recommend you wear shorts to help with gripping the pole.
