I started Aerial Hoop and Pole fitness in 2012 where, alongside attending classes, I completed my instructor qualifications. I had previously graduated with a BSC in Sports Science with performance coaching, and had been teaching children’s and adults dance classes for many years prior to this. So I always knew I wanted to be in the instructor/coaching industry.
I am also a qualified Personal trainer and have many years of dance training behind me.
Due to my dance and fitness background, I love to create smooth and intricate combinations for my students, and I enjoy giving strength and conditioning exercises as part of my sessions.
