Aerial Hoop classes have so many fitness and health benefits. We offer weekly classes for Beginners, intermediate and Advanced students.

Benefits of Aerial Hoop:

Full Body Workout: Aerial Hoop improves strength all round, but in particular in the upper body, back, and core muscles. We also do conditioning and choreography, which both work on improving cardiovascular fitness. Consistent attendance to class will improve fitness and muscle tone very effectively.

Improves coordination: The moves and transitions within an aerial hoop class ultimately help improve balance and your overall ability to challenge your body in an upside down position - all together helping improve coordination.

Improves confidence: As the weeks progress, you will definitely see improvements on the hoop, and a sense of achievement every time you accomplish a new move or combination. This in itself improves confidence and your belief in your body’s capability’s.

Relieves stress: Exercise is a fantastic way to relieve any stresses or anxieties. Endorphins which are released during exercise are a natural “feel good” remedy for those hard stressors in life. Our studio environment is fun, totally relaxed, and supportive of all moods, and you are guaranteed to leave feeling lighter minded and happy.

A good creative outlet: The choreography side of the classes allows you to dance through your own expression and develop your own artistic flair and creativity. It also allows you to explore countless combinations of moves and learn how to flow them in an artistic way.

Be part of a friendly and supportive community. And wow what a community we are. A studio like no other. We want EVERYONE in our classes to have the best time every week, and We are all here to cheer you on, celebrate achievements and to help when most needed.

What to Wear:

Wear comfortable gym clothing to classes such as leggings, t shirt, vest top, jumper/hoodie. We sometimes recommend leg warms or long socks to cover the feet, ankles and backs of knees as these can protect these areas from initial bruising from the aerial hoop.
